1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sales Tools Academy ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • One account per person — account sharing is not permitted
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services

3. Subscription Plans

  • Individual Program: Access to a single career program, including all modules, tools, and resources for that program
  • Master Bundle: Full access to all six programs, 36 modules, 144+ lessons, and 100+ downloadable tools

Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard.

4. Content Usage

  • All content is provided for personal and professional development use
  • You may use downloaded resources in your own sales work
  • You may not redistribute, resell, or share paid content with non-subscribers
  • Sharing Notion curriculum links or Google Drive resources outside your account is prohibited

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact us for a full refund. After 14 days, subscription fees are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including articles, courses, templates, scripts, and frameworks, is the intellectual property of Sales Tools Academy. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the content as part of your subscription.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, including content redistribution, account sharing, or abusive behavior. Upon termination, your access to paid content will be revoked immediately.
